Approval of Known Consignors

Before April 29, 2010, the Known Consignors (KC) were appointed by the Regulated Agents (and featured in the respective databases).
Regulation (EC) No 185/2010 of 4 March (Regulation establishing measures for the implementation of the common basic standards on aviation security) changed this situation by requiring KC have to be approved by the National Security Authority Civil Aviation (ANSAC).
This approval is imperative since the April 29, 2013.
